Kenji Taira (平建史, Taira Kenji) is the Japanese mangaka responsible for Rock Lee's Springtime of Youth Full Power Ninja Chronicles and Sasuke Uchiha's Sharingan Legend, and the assistant to Masashi Kishimoto.
