Mangekyō Sharingan (万華鏡写輪眼 Mangekyō Sharingan) is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai and an advanced form of the Sharingan.

Itachi Uchiha[]
With the Mangekyō Sharingan, with his left eye, Itachi is able to use Tsukuyomi, an extremely powerful genjutsu that allowed him to distort the victim's perception of time, torturing their psyche for what seemed like days in a matter of seconds. With both of his eyes Itachi can manifest Susanoo, a massive ethereal warrior that fights for him.
